In the casting process, we adopt a programmed mold flow system to optimize the casting plan, reducing first-piece development time and minimizing defect rates. The castings we handle range from 200 to 20,000 kilograms in weight. With a wide variety of machinery, we offer precision machining services to meet various customer needs. Additionally, we provide comprehensive inspection reports before shipment, including material, hardness, tensile strength, tempering, and 3D inspections, to ensure the products meet precision requirements and achieve the highest standards.

Going green is not just a slang!
In 2022, we installed a solar photovoltaic system that has generated 1,118 MWh and reduced carbon emissions by 553 tons, equivalent to planting 55,000 trees. This initiative has increased our renewable energy usage to 20% as we strive toward achieving net zero carbon emissions.
We have used low-sulfur resins and replaced alcohol-based materials with water-based coats, and we are collaborating with suppliers to develop eco-friendly raw materials, reducing environmental impact and carbon emissions.
